Cyclacel to present at Annual Needham Biotechnology & Medical Technology Conference

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ, June 5, 2008 – Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCC, NASDAQ: CYCCP) announced today that Spiro Rombotis, President and CEO, will present an overview of the Company at the 7th Annual Needham & Company, LLC Biotechnology & Medical Technology Conference. Mr. Rombotis’ presentation will take place on Wednesday, June 11 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the Palace Hotel in New York.

The presentation will be webcast live and archived for 90 days on the Corporate Presentations page of the Cyclacel website at www.cyclacel.com.
