Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., March 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:CYCC) (Nasdaq:CYCCP) ("Cyclacel" or the "Company"), a biopharmaceutical company developing oral therapies that target the various phases of cell cycle control for the treatment of cancer and other serious disorders, today announced that it intends to offer shares of common stock in a public offering. H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC will serve as the sole book runner for the offering. While the offering is expected to price before 9:30 am EST on March 4, 2015, the offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
