Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals to present at the Acumen Biofin Rodman & Renshaw Conference

Berkeley Heights, NJ, May 11 2007 — Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCC, NASDAQ: CYCCP) announced today that Paul McBarron, Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Operating Officer, will present an overview of the Company and its pipeline at the Acumen BioFin Rodman & Renshaw 4th Annual Global Healthcare Conference in Monaco. Mr. McBarron’s presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at 2:35 pm CEST in the Atlantique Room at the Le Meridien Beach Plaza Hotel in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
