Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals to present at the Bio International Convention

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ, May 4, 2007 – Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYCC) (Nasdaq: CYCCP) announced that Spiro Rombotis, President and CEO, will be part of a panel discussion at the BIO International Convention on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 9:15 am EDT, entitled “Around They Go, and Where They Stop Only Inhibitors Know.” The session, which is part of the BIO Bench to Products Track, will take place in Room 258 B. The convention will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Boston, MA.
